The ADVANCED CONTINUOUS PRESSURE COOKER is completely factory assembled and tested prior to shipping The cooker is constructed with all stainless steel material. The cooker chamber is constructed heavy gauge material completed with 5 inch thick foamed in-placed high density urethane laminated with heavy gauge Stainless Steel skins. The cooker center injection screw conveyor, cylinder rotary valves are driven by variable frequency drive system for a smooth and safe speed control.
